I coached James Beard Award Winning Chef, Steven Satterfield Root to publish his book, LEAF  A Southern Chef Cooks Through the Seasons

In the acknowledgments, Steven referred to me as his “local editor, writing coach, and surrogate wife.” He was kidding about the wife part, of course. We did work together in close partnership to execute his vision of a field guide to inspire and teach consumers to cook with locally available produce.

In its first month it was a #1 New Release on Amazon, and received positive reviews from the New York Times, Epicurious, Garden & Gun, and others.
